[Hand-roasted] Super Six Chili Blend
About This Blend
This is a mild heat chili powder that adds depth of flavor and just the right amount of smokiness for all your favorite Mexican recipes (though, they go great in many other dishes as well). This blend is made of six chili types as well as a few other warm spices like cinnamon and clove to round out the heat.
Use for flavoring a hearty chili con carne, enchiladas, beans, marinades, Mexican-style rice, stews, soups, vegetables, popcorn, and as a dry-rub for meats.
