About This Blend
Flavors reminiscent of the traditional coconut dessert. Use as a baking sugar for macaroons or pumpkin pastries & desserts. Also suited as a rimming sugar for Coquito, Piña Coladas & other tropical fruit drinks.
This infused sugar uses two kinds of sugar, toasted coconut and a variety of warm spices inspired by the Coquito holiday beverage.
Uses
Use as a rimming sugar for Piña Coladas, milk-based cocktails, and other tropical-fruit drinks
Top with honey & granola onto vanilla yogurt
Sprinkle onto freshly baked coconut macaroons, pumpkin muffins, or shortbread cookies
